Double the effectiveness of your donation by inviting your company to match your gift. Many companies already match employee contributions: If yours isn’t one of them, why not suggest it?
Contact your employer’s human resources office and ask if your company matches employee donations, or, ask them to start today.
Review your company’s program guidelines to see if Arms of Love is eligible. Fill out the matching gift form and submit it to your company for approval. Note: while we are a faith-based organization, all of our funds are used for humanitarian purposes, i.e., to care for abandoned children. This meets the guidelines of most companies.
Mail the approved form, with your donation, to Arms of Love. We contact your company and the matching donation will be sent directly to us. Your generous donation helps Arms of Love provide a home, a family, and a future to abandoned children. Inviting your employer to join you by matching your gift is a three-way blessing! Your gift is doubled, children in need are helped, and your company exercises its good citizenship muscles.
Be sure to ask whether your company also matches volunteer hours or gifts from spouses, retirees, and board members!
Mail or fax your completed corporate matching gift forms to:
Arms of Love
2973 Harbor Blvd. #535

Fax (650) 240-1371
If your company does not currently match employee donations, ask it to do so. Together, you and your employer can send a message of hope to children with the greatest need.
Put your talents and professional expertise to work for a greater good. In-kind gifts are contributions of goods or services, other than cash donations. And sometimes those goods or services can be used to create a cash gift. Your ability to bless the Arms of Love family is only limited by your creativity! We have many generous people… Below are a few examples:
We have a sponsor /volunteer who has traded professional services (for example photography sessions) to clients who sponsor children.
We have a sponsor / volunteer who has committed to donating whenever anyone uses their professional services (for example real estate).
A donor / volunteer’s child raised funds through craft and bake sales.
Donors have provided professional services that were needed by Arms of Love at big discounts or for free.
Have an idea?
What an incredible way to leave a lasting legacy – to be remembered for sharing hope and changing the lives of children! An easy way to leave an inheritance gift is through a will or living trust, and both are simple to create.
In order to name us among the beneficiaries, just indicate our identification details
Arms of Love International
Costa Mesa, CA
Tax ID 77-0527246 and the nature of the gift (for example, cash or property)
And it is even simpler to name Arms of Love International as the beneficiary of property, such as a bank account, life insurance policy, or retirement plan, and your bank or institution will generally provide a donation form for you to use. An additional benefit to blessing our children and further stabilizing our long-term missions, is your legacy donation can reduce or even eliminate the amount of estate tax your beneficiaries will owe.
We are happy to memorialize your legacy gift however you would like to be honored, and you are also welcome to put restrictions on what you want us to do with it (for example, the Independent Living Program for higher education). If unrestricted, Arms of Love will use all legacy gifts for our Where Needed Most / Crisis Response fund. Our dream is to establish program endowments, potentially stabilizing scholarships permanently …
With your support, Arms of Love has been changing lives for over 15 years, and we do not intend to stop anytime soon. Our organization will be forever grateful for the enduring impact your legacy gift will have on our children.
