Prayer is Powerful
We believe God has a heart for orphans and people living in poverty, and that He calls us to love and care for them.
(James 2; Psalm 82:3; Acts 20:35; Isaiah 61)
We believe in the power of prayer, that God is close to the brokenhearted, and that through faith, nothing is impossible.
(James 5:14-16; Psalm 147:3; Matthew 17:20)
We believe that through prayer, we receive comfort and strength in times of weariness, peace when we are anxious, and guidance when we lack wisdom.
(Isaiah 41:10; Philippines 4:4-9; James 1:5; Proverbs 3:5-6)
“Whatever you ask in my name, this I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask me anything in my name, I will do it.”
Engage with us in prayer for the children, families, staff, donors, volunteers and communities.
We believe that God has an incredible plan and purpose for each of our lives.
The mission of Arms of Love is not a simple undertaking, it is one fraught with challenge and opposition. However, our hope is in the Lord, and on that strength, we will persevere through all circumstances. We deeply value the prayer cover of our extended family of supporters. We have felt the difference that it makes, and it brings encouragement when it's needed most. We are grateful for every prayer warrior.
